A diverse intimate group of women / Limited to 25 members
The AAMC is all about improving yourself and helping others. This group focuses on
women and supporting each other through life challenges. It's about being good to your body, mind and spirit so that
you can be a positive influence for others. It's about challenging yourself by setting goals and working to achieve
them. We are dedicated to our families and community and look for ways to improve each.

MISSION
- Support AAMC family endeavors
- Encourage personal and social goals
- Foster interaction between family and social structures/surroundings
- Provide community outreach
- Promote health awareness
CLUB ACTIVITIES
- Sponsor seminars on various women’s health subjects such as weight loss, health and fitness, stress in the workplace,
stress at home, relationships, caring for the elderly, loss of a loved one, etc.
- Visit various locations such as homeless shelters, battered women’s shelters, nursing homes, etc. AAMC provides clothing, shoes, food, physical and emotional care.
- Travel for entertainment and research. Provide an annual member’s
only retreat for de-stressing and relaxation.

June was our new member enrollment period. We recieved applications from
two candidates. Congratulations to our 2 newest members, Stephanie Hanable and Lareina Hampton! We held a Welcome
Luau at Elsie's house for all current members to welcome our new members and to mingle and get acquained. Everything
went well. The luau was a splash!
